Condi Rice demands same money as Bush

I was surprised to see that former President Bush makes the same amount of money per speech as does Condoleezza Rice. Even though many people still dislike Bush, he still was the president and has valuable insight on a number of issues that our country faces. Hearing what he has to say would probably be pretty entertaining and if nothing else you would be able to come away laughing at what took place. From the figures I have heard that former President Clinton makes, he seems to command a bit more than Bush and by far makes the most from his administration. Rice would be someone of interest to hear deliver a speech due to her unique rise to power and the different opportunities she faced while serving in the Bush administration. I just do not think she should command the same amount as the ex president given how most other political figures such as James Carville and Paul Begala barely charge one-fifth the amount that Rice does for a speech. If I were a company or organization paying for a speech I do not think I would be able to justify the huge cost Rice would charge without thinking of using Bush or a lesser figure at a cheaper cost.
