US top court dismisses Al-Qaeda case

I do not agree with the Supreme Court's decision not to take on the case of al-Qaeda suspect Ali al-Marri. Given the significant challenge that President Obama faces with the Guantanamo Bay inmates, it would be nice to have a final decision as to what should happen to terrorist suspects that the President deems as enemy combatants. Regardless of which side the Supreme Court took on such a subject, this is an extremely important issue facing America. It also would have allowed for President Obama to develop his strategy on how to proceed with terrorists and expedited a process that would once and for all show how America views and can treat potential threats to national security.
