Obama's Not a Socialist--I Should Know

A piece by the head of the Socialist Party USA explaining why Obama isn't nearly leftist enough for him. He has some pretty fair points--Obama has resisted nationalization of banks, is looking for a health care system that keeps private plans, and is building up troops in Afghanistan. Are these actions just political compromises to back Obama's more liberal agenda? Or are the more leftist elements in America being forced to settle with a leader who does not share their values?
