Premature partying over 'card check'?

The debate we had in class over the Employee Free Choice Act is starting to play itself out on a national stage. Businesses are starting to attack through advertisements that seem to be gaining traction, but I think it may be setting itself up for failure unless it changes approach. The secret ballot portion of the is tricky given that technically it can be brought back with enough votes. If this sort of language gets conveyed to the public, businesses will need to be able to adjust and provide additional reasons it opposes such legislation from being approved by Congress. This article gives a good background on what is going on with the bill right now and I think given our history with the debate, it would be a good read.
