Drawing to an online straight

Even though I think the poker craze has died down since it lit back on with the television introduction about five years ago, it is still a big business that sees many individuals aiming to test out their skill and luck against people from all around the world. I know that poker has been banned from being played through online sites for money, but I really do not think that it has been regulated too much that it would discourage someone from playing. It does seem a bit wrong to prevent people from gambling their money away through poker, but I understand the need to regulate it to ensure the safety and protection of the person's identity and assets. If a casino company were to create a legitimate site based in the US it would work until some hacker tries to gain access to expensive information. That is the trouble with hosting data with personal information that could be very valuable to someone if they knew how to access it, but if you are willing to put yourself at risk then you should be given the chance to execute it if you are of proper age. Now it would be extremely difficult to ensure that only people 21 and older could play and that I am not sure how to fix, but just like other things with the good comes the bad and you just have to make it work as best as you possibly can.
