Some in GOP Want to Prosecute

Senator Leahy stated that some members of the GOP are willing to prosecute Bush administration officials. I am little worried about the nonpartisan commission going on a manhunt and not letting the DOJ do its job. However, there needs to be action, and I am glad to see some Republicans want to prosecute and uphold the rule of law.
