R.N.C. Chairman Apologizes to Limbaugh in Flap Over His Role
Michael Steele apologized to Rush Limbaugh on Monday for bad mouthing him in a tv interview after the reporter stated that Limbaugh was the de facto leader to the Republican Party. He later called to apologize stating “My intent was not to go after Rush – I have enormous respect for Rush Limbaugh,” “I was maybe a little bit inarticulate. There was no attempt on my part to diminish his voice or his leadership.”

Just proves that Rush really is the de-facto leader of the Republican party. I have yet to see a single Republican take him on without apologizing or back-tracking the next day.
