Obama to visit Turkey, Mexico

April is going to be a big month for President Obama with his two high profile meeting with foreign allies. Turkey definitely is a country that we could use to help in creating peace with the Muslim world. The more influence that we can gain will prove beneficial in the long run and may even bring about more diplomatic solutions to some of the differences we have with some of the Middle East countries as opposed to war and defense operations. The second meeting with Mexico is important for a different reason. Immigration has been placed on the back burner with the economy as the main focus of Congress, but I see it coming back up again within the coming months. President Obama has come out against some of the political ideas that the Bush administration supported in regards to immigration and it will be interesting to see if he actually tries to help solve on the most challenging issues facing the nation.
