Obama to order gov't contracting overhaul
Given the importance of cutting costs at this point in time, I like that President Obama is going to open up the contracting market and making it more competitive. If we can save the $40 billion that is projected, then we will be able to spend that money other areas of need. But with the way things are set up now with lobbyists, President Obama sure is setting himself up for a battle not only with this contract decision, but also with the other reforms he hopes to make during his term in office.
