Debating Chas Freeman
This is a situation where the Freeman should have given his son a lesson in public speaking. There is nothing productive gained from what Freeman's son threatened to do to any critics of his father's nomination as the head of the National Intelligence Council. Yes, I find it funny that he would punch someone in the face to protect his father's honor, but at the same time you shouldn't be given his detractors even more ammunition to use to try and halt the appointment. It is a bit telling of Freeman's nomination in the first place that maybe President Obama will not be as interested in keeping a close relationship with Israel as we have in past given Freeman's belief that Israel has been the cause of many of the problems we now face with the Middle East.
