Coleman rests case; Franken up tomorrow
Norm Coleman has put his best foot forward in his last-ditch attempt to retain his Senate seat. Unfortunately for him it appears that it was not enough to get the job done as he rested his case this afternoon. Al Franken and his lawyers will get their turn in court beginning tomorrow in what should put the final wraps on another Democratic Congressional seat. Regardless of the outcome of this case, it is disappointing to see that it had to go this far in order to properly decide who won. The American people are suffering and lacking a representative to serve as a champion for their needs hurts Americans every day that a winner has not been decided.
