Biden to speak at AFL-CIO meeting in Miami

You can certainly tell which side the Democrats are on with the Employee Free Choice Act with this announcement. The problem I see with this decision is that it appears that every issue that comes before Congress needs to be addressed through campaigning for public approval. The rhetorical presidency is fine to some degree, but I would much rather see our leaders work on creating good policies than having them travel to meet with groups already in support of their agenda. With Biden's attachment to the middle class, he should be working towards the job creation rather than potential job elimination with the bill currently composed.
