Alabama's Love considers Bright rematch

In one of the most interesting races in the 2008 election, Alabama elected a Democrat as one of its representatives in the House. I was surprised when I saw that Bobby Bright had won on election night despite his success as a mayor because Alabama is one of the deepest supporters of the Republican ticket. McCain and Bush both won handily in the district that voted in Bright and for the GOP not to have won that district was a damaging blow. With that being said, the top competitor for the Republicans is preparing to run again for the seat in 2010 and this time he may just end up winning. With less than 2000 votes separating the two in their last battle, I think that Republicans see this as a race that will shift back in their favor very soon.
