Stimulus Aid Being Doled Out, Slowly

Some of the stimulus money, such as packages allocated to community health centers, is being distributed surprisingly quickly. Most of the money, on the other hand, is tickling into the market very slowly. The bulk of the stimulus is expected to have an impact by late 2009 and early 2010. While this is somewhat frustrating, I believe it's actually a good sign that the government is taking the time to meet the reporting requirements that will leave a trail of how much money goes where.
