Obama to abolish limits on U.S.-Cuba family ties

I like that President Obama is removing some of the restrictions on travel to Cuba because it is a sign that we are moving closer towards ending our bitter feud with the country. Family is one of the most important things in life to cherish and by allowing people to spend more time with their relatives is a very nice gesture on the part of the administration. I do see a bit of a problem with the cash cap removal because we are trying to stimulate the economy right now and by allowing people to take the cash they earn here and send it away limits our ability to see huge improvements in the marketplace. One of the main reasons that tax cuts were proposed by President Obama was for this very reason and if we are not using the money properly then we are setting ourselves up for failure with the budget and stimulus package measures. Even if we cannot mend the fences with Fidel Castro at least we are setting a precedent that may make it easier to deal with the country once he passes his reign over to someone else. Cuba could be a valuable trading partner if only we could get along with them and getting people confident in the renewed efforts will be important.
