War message found inside Lincoln's watch
An interesting tidbit on the history of President Lincoln, the watch he used had a secret message thanking him for putting an end to slavery. Since it is placed at the Smithsonian Museum of American History, we may be able to see the inscription before our time ends in D.C. With all of the hoopla around Lincoln at the Library of Congress and the Ford Theater, it would be another great opportunity to experience a little bit of exciting history.
