Prosecutors will seek Madoff's wife's money too

Although I am not sure how this will hold up in court, I am pleased to see that Madoff's wife will not be able to bear the fruits of her husband's terrible actions. Obviously, Bernie knew what he was doing by putting the properties under her name for fear of litigation or lawsuits from displeased clients. Hopefully this will stick and she will not be able to hide behind her husband's actions.
