The paradox of Harry Reid's position

Does Harry Reid have anything to worry about? I am not so sure he does at this point in time, but Republicans seem poised to take him on like they did with Tom Daschle when he was the Democrat leader in the Senate. There is no doubt the impact Nevada will feel given from the abundance of stimulus money shifted its way is a result of Reid's work, but at the same time I think the bigger question citizens should be asking themselves is shouldn't states be receiving similar amounts of attention or money that would benefit the nation as a whole rather than giving larger amounts to states like Nevada that simply are getting more because of who is in charge. In all honesty, I think if we are going to be distributing unequal portions of money then the states with the largest populations and needs should be given priority rather than individual states associated with party leaders.
