It hasn't been Senator Dodd's week. First, he has taken the blame for the AIG bonus loophole, despite the question of whether or not contracts can be overriden by legislation. Now, a document shows that he was given a favorable discount on a loan. Dodd is up for reelection this cycle, and once thought to be a shoe in, he is now extremely vulnerable.
