China is embracing a cap and trade system, while here in the US, Republicans are scheming about how to increase oil and gas drilling and remove the EPA's ability to regulate greenhouse gases. Hopefully our green manufacturing sector can keep up so we don't cede another crucial manufacturing industry to the Chinese.
