Has anyone seen this man in action? I have never been more simultaneously entertained and embarrassed to be a Republican than while watching him lead a Ways and Means Subcommittee Hearing about the AARP. I have to admit he is oddly lovable in a totally ridiculous, get the f out of my Congress, kind of way.
