"Financial Martial Law" Proposal Makes Scott Walker "Look Like an Amateur"

This proposed law seems a little extreme to me. It puts a lot of power into the hands of unelected bureaucrats who can dramatically alter public contracts. Maybe it is necessary in these times of empty state coffers but haven't these Republican governors heard of raising taxes. They'd only have to do it a lil' bit.

A tad overwrought? The author needs a tutorial on Dillon's rule.
