Is this really an appropriate use of a national symbol?

jbeslity11 said...: No, it's owned by Empire State Building Associates, a general partnership of 2500 investors headed by Peter L. Malkin, Esq. and Mrs. Harry B. Helmsley. They hold the master lease and control the building until 2076. There may be some Chinese investors out of the 2500 who hold stakes, though.; October 1, 2009 at 3:03 PM
