PBM said...: Yeah, I think since abandoning cap and trade the Obama administration's goal has been to try to make renewables cost competitive. These regs have more to do with permitting which is a larger problem for renewables because solar panels and wind turbines take up a lot more space than traditional fossil fuel energy sources.; March 25, 2011 at 6:06 PM
