Holly said...: As a Connecticut resident...how terrifying. If Dodd is defeated in the ring by this lady, I might move. I don't doubt his time in the Senate may be over due to some recent major mistakes, but we should replace him with someone with perhaps a little political experience? He's a ranking member of the HELP committee and on a few other important committees in the Senate, so if Connecticut wishes to replace him we should at least elect someone with some experience. We only JUST got rid of the only remaining republican representative, Christopher Shays, in the last election, and as a result we have one more freshman in the House. It seems as though in our rush to purge the state of experienced and ranking congressmen we're going to end up without a whole lot of influence and a Senator who calls himself an independent.
