If there's a glitch, then Congress should fix it. Unfortunately, the GOP cares more about politics than policy and probably won't help Dems fix the bill.
I think the term glitch here is classic GOP fear-mongering. It seems to me that people have long forgotten the days when the government actually spends our tax-money to help PEOPLE! There is no glitch; they were closing a clear loophole in the system. It is bothersome that whenever people see a big number like that they immediately think its wasteful spending. This ensures that retired families can be provided with healthcare. I guess pushing grandma off a cliff is not so far off…
Maybe it's not a glitch, it just was not foreseen so it makes me even more confident that PACCA will not actually save money like Dems claim it will. And Republicans should not try to fix the bill if they are against it in principle.
