Good idea? Constitutional?

This is what I am going to write about! But, no, I do not think it is constitutional to tell corporations how to spend their money. If a company wants to spend their money to protect their interests it is their own prerogative; every corporation can do the same thing. However, placing limitations on the amount of money that corporations can give both directly or indirectly to campaigns would be desirable. This would prevent the scenario where corporations are in competition to out-bid each other and private citizens are rendered inconsequential for elections they are actually going to vote in!
