Stimulating Times

In what I think it a completely ridiculous waste of money, the Democratic party pushed for contraceptives to be included in the stimulus package. While Nancy Pelosi argues that states are spending too much on children's health and education, I do not understand the logic behind the spending of money on things such as this when there are definitely more practicle areas such as bridges, highways, and energy that could greatly use an upgrade at this point in time. My message to Congress: Please act more responsible with the taxpayers money because a failure with this stimulus package could set us back for years and cost us dearly.
