Venture capitalist is Dem pick for Gillibrand seat

With all the attention being devoted to Gillibrand replacing Hillary as Senator, it gets lost that there remains an open seat in the House due to her departure. With all of the concern about the current stimulus package around the nation, I will be interested in seeing whether or not Republicans can take back this seat in what has typically been a Republican district.
