Barack Obama throws Joe Biden under the bus

What President Obama feared would happen during his campaign for the Presidency has caught up to him with his VP Joe Biden's looseness in speaking his mind. I appreciate the fact that Joe Biden came out and told the American public that even if everything goes right, there is a chance the stimulus package will not work. Obviously, no one person can predict the future with such a proposal and I understand that Biden is trying not to lie to the public. However, if you are President Obama, you do not want your VP coming out with this kind of language. It damages his credibility and makes it even more difficult to garner support for the stimulus. Obama tried to do damage control by downplaying his VP's statements and acting as if he had never held such a conversation.
