Harry Reid on the rules of the Senate

Thought this was an interesting (if, for obvious reasons, partisan) piece.  Somehow I'd missed hearing about this rules change when it happened, but it seems like the right decision to me; then again, I am a Democrat.  But the Senate is so ridiculous and convoluted in its procedure that I think I'd still support this move if it was controlled by Republicans.
