This is a great (not to mention entertaining!) breakdown of the true size of the budget.
I only have one issue with their method: they don't take into account the part of the calendar year already covered by federal tax revenue. Using their logic, I believe the estimated 2.16 trillion collected for the 2010 budget would get us through about 216 days or through August 4th.
This large portion of the year already covered, the need to murder the rich seems less important. President Obama's scaled approach to increasing their share seems much more reasonable.
