The Pros and Cons of Admitting a Presidential Error

While making a mistake is not something we as Americans want from our President, I don't believe that it will have much of a factor when all is said and done with Obama's legacy. I am more concerned with how we rebound from such mistakes and the results that are accomplished rather than process it took to get them. Yes, it does seem a bit hypocritical for Obama to be demeaning Wall St. executives while hiring people who don't pay their taxes. The vetting process has not gone well for Obama, and I don't think he would have admitted making a mistake if Daschle hadn't resigned. But at this point there is not much we can do about this appointment now except find the next best person for the job.
