Pakistan Frees A.Q. Kahn from House Arrest

Highly political move. Kahn is widely liked in Pakistan, including within the army. He is idolized for founding Pakistan's nuclear program and bringing the "Islamic Bomb" into the world. Scary stuff, but it is highly doubtful he will get to continue his proliferation activities despite being out of house arrest.
