Obama concerned about justice for terror suspects

The mess we have gotten ourselves into at Guantanamo is now going to cause a problem not only for President Obama, but also the potential safety of America. Although we did talk a bit about what will be done for the inmates, it did seem as if we were split in what rights should be given. If you look at the case of suspect Abd al-Rahim al-Nashiri, he definitely was subjected to torturous treatment during his stay at the base, but he did confess to his role in the bombing of the U.S.S. Cole. For his actions, he doesn't deserve to be given freedom during trial, but for our actions at the base we don't deserve the ability to hold him.
