Ginsburg’s Replacement

With Justice Ginsburg's recent health deterioration, I think President Obama will have to name her replacement very soon. One of the names being mentioned is the new Department of Homeland Security Director Janet Napolitano. She was one of the first to support President Obama in the election and it appears as if the President really valued that. Although she has no experience as a judge, I think she would be a great fit on the Court with her past history as the Attorney General for the state of Arizona and her experience as a governor. She knows the law and if Obama wants another liberal on the Court, then she might not be a bad decision.
