Five Top Fears (Other Than al Qaeda) of U.S. Spy Agencies

This list surprises me in terms of the order of current threats. I can see how the global economic crisis is a cause for concern and it probably should rank as number one. But the Balkans ranking as number two? I did not see this a major threat even when there was conflict during the Olympics. I would definitely put Afghanistan, North Korea, and the Israel-Palestine conflict, ahead of the number two threat. Maybe there is more information that the Director of National Intelligence has that would cause me to change my opinion, but at this time, the United States needs to take care of its own threats before it can worry about others.
