What Should Obama's Top Priorities Be?

Everyone knows the challenges facing Obama are numerous and complex. As I was thinking about all the different issues Obama has to/should address, I was struck by how hard it would be for me to decide what the top domestic and foreign priorities should be. Out of the list I have compiled below, I am curious what you believe should be Obama's top priorities in the domestic and foreign field. I have left the economy and Iraq/Afghanistan off the list because Obama has to devote considerable time and resources to these issues. The ones on the list are areas Obama can choose to address with different levels of interest. Feel free to explain your choices.

Domestic:
Health Care
Energy
Drug policy (increased enforcement/penalties vs. more treatment)
Tax policy and national debt
Immigration
Homeland security

Foreign:
India/Pakistani relations
Israel/Palestinian conflict
China
Russia
Iran
Latin America

My top domestic priority would be health care since a healthy economy requires healthy workers. Also, it is a disgrace that millions of Americans are uninsured/underinsured.

My top foreign priority would be finding a lasting solution to the Israel/Palestine conflict. This, coupled with a successful withdrawl from Iraq and buildup in Afghanistan will reduce tensions in the Middle East (allowing an easier road to democratization) and increase America's reputation throughout the world.

What would you choose?
