Obama touts aid plan's impact on average Americans

President Obama has finally released some details about the stimulus package. It looks like his main aims are going to be on improving the education system and making energy more efficient. I am interested to see which types of infrastructure projects will be the main focus and where they will be located. Although President Obama has said that there will be no earmark spending, it is hard to believe that this will not occur.
