The Danger of Closing Guantanamo Improperly

Obama just signed an executive order demanding Guantanamo Bay's prison facilities be shut within a year. While this is great for the United States' reputation, we must not forget that many of the people in there do pose a threat to our safety. Obama must find a way to transfer prisoners like these to other countries or maintain strong survaillance of them after they leave Guantanamo.
