Bill would grant four weeks of parental leave
In order to make government positions more competitive with the private sector, a bill has been put forth that would grant four weeks of parental leave. The article doesn't say if this applies to both sexes however. Anyone know?

The article talks about gender equality. Also, the use of "parental" instead of "maternal" makes me think that it's for both sexes. Hope this helps
