I like this chart, but I see one major problem: corporate regulation, limited as I believe it should be, is very often something that needs to be applied by the national government. State-by-state regulations can make doing business very hard for corporations, and in some cases can kill entire businesses. For example, last week I attended a briefing held by a group of egg producers who claimed that a unified, national set of regulations was necessary for their survival long term.
