You Can Cap The Pay, But The Greed Will Go On

Even with the pay cap, the companies that got money from the government still need to be regulated. I wouldn't mind the CEOs receiving bonuses of millions of dollars if their companies were flourishing, but as of now there is no way they deserve money if they received some from the government. A watchdog regulatory agency is needed to ensure that wasteful spending does not result from the greed and recklessness of these companies. Yet, it is probably very difficult to catch every little thing so even with a watchdog agency, we still may see some of the problems continue.
