Venezuelans Voting on Lifting Term Limits

Today, Venzuelans are voting on whether or not to repeal term limits. If they are successful, Chavez will be a de facto dictator. While Chavez remains in office until 2013, these results of these elections will have a significant impact on U.S. - Venezuelan relations. A loss in the poll would be a vote against Chavez's policies, and could cause him to shift his position on the United States.
