This article (NYT, 2/4/09) I found very relevant to yesterdays class. I agree with Rahm Emanuel in that I think the public was receptive of his apology. While I do think that this whole event could have been avoided to begin with, I think that Obama is handling the publicity well.
*There are lots of comparisons to Clinton and Bush in this article so it might be a good one to keep in mind for midterms/paper.
