A Plan B For HHS

Howard Dean taking the place of Tom Daschle? I don't think this would work considering how he did not get along very well with the Democratic Congressmen during his rise in the Democratic Party. Whoever ends up getting this job will have a huge task on their hand in order to create the universal health care plan that Obama wants to implement. As we saw with Clinton's legacy, a failure to meet such a plan is not good for your legacy.
