Obama's executive pay limits have loopholes

When I saw this article, I was at first taken back by what was being reported. Capping the pay of executives of failing companies is a great idea if they are to receive our taxpayer money. Yet, if we have to police the companies to the extent of changing the titles of jobs or providing restricted stock options in the company then those companies do not deserve to be helped out. Instead of worrying about a me-first attitude, the executives should be working on a way to improve their company and increase their revenue streams. Taking more money is not the answer and I don't believe the government should be forced to watch over every move the companies are making in order to ensure the sanctity of its future. Yet, the more I keep hearing about the parties being thrown and the trips being made, I am beginning to wonder what role the government should take over these companies. Wasteful spending got us into this mess in the first place and more greed is definitely not the answer to problem.
