Obama to Detail Limits on Executive Pay

There has been talk for a while about limiting the compensation of top executives, but it appears President Obama will actually go through with it. This is definitely a good idea, because it is rediculous for CEO's to make as much as they do when they are taking billions in taxpayer money.
On the flip side, it might make banks and other institutions reluctant to take federal money, and slow down the recovery process. It remains to be seen whether this rule will have its intended effect.
