Obama lobbied Intel CEO on stimulus

One of the people that President Obama should have consulted before the stimulus package was put together, Paul Otellini, was finally asked for his support of the measure. I like that the President is taking the time to speak with prominent businessmen in America for their views on the economy and I would have felt great about such an announcement had it come prior to the creation of this stimulus. Getting advice from the private industry gives a new outlook on some of the problems facing our country and rather than solely relying upon ex-Clinton staffers to provide assistance, Obama should be looking to outside interests for their views especially on such an important piece of legislation such as this.
