More tax troubles for the Democratic Party?

Republican Rep. John Carter is calling for Chairman Rangel to relinquish his gavel of the Ways and Means Committee until the Ethics Committee completes an investigation into Rangel's finances - he is reportedly failed to pay taxes on rental income from a condo in the Dominican Republic, as well as preserving a tax loophole that benefits an oil drilling company which simultaneously pledged $1 million to Rangel's School of Public Service. If you ask me, it seems a little bit too coincidental. How much tax controversy can Obama and the Democrats take?
